Joey Youngman to appear on next Midnight Circus release

Joey Youngman

The next release from the Midnight Circus will feature a remix from Jackin’ House badman Joey Youngman, it has emerged.

The follow up to their last smash Complicated will host Life and Back to the Summer, two slammin’ tracks for the sunshine.

Youngman’s remix of Back to the Summer is in his usual choppy house-come-old-school-garage style and is sure to break dancefloors upon it’s arrival.

Back to the Summer/Life will land on shelves at the end of June on Damaged Goods Recordings.

Oh gosh! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeewind! Ok. So the tune is, er, a tune I guess. Very nice indeed. The vid… while it would appear it had a similar budget to the Vulture’s video (I commented on the Vultures’ offering yesterday), this one actually uses an interesting storyline. You can watch it without the sound and still be entertained; the key to a good vid. Exactly what the Vultures’ video lacked.

I feel a little guilty that I’m directly comparing two vids by different camps… but not that guilty. I think my general message is “fix up, look sharp!” Let us not “pet”. ‘Low the generic swag. Innovation will keep the genera alive and strong.
